Volkswagen’s “Safe Happens” campaign is stirring up some controversy. The ads are conspicuously absent from vw.com and the Crispin Porter + Bogusky site (VW’s agency of record), but of course they’re easy to find on YouTube:
Apparently it’s too early to tell if the ads have boosted VW’s bottom line, though I don’t think sales are the only measure of success — great ads, like these, tell great stories.
